This audience included numerous Italian operators (a signal that the country's economic recovery is well on its way), as well as a high percentage of visitors coming from European countries, North Africa, and the Middle East.
The fair allowed a useful technical-commercial update thanks to the opportunity offered by the ALTECH booth to see a number of practical and working labelling applications used in a wide range of industries - food, chemical, cosmetics and pharmaceutical - in the packaging and logistics areas:
- The lowest cost solution ALstep and the highest performance labelling head ALritma are compact, flexible and modular labellers designed to be easily integrated into existing production lines, whose performance will meet the most sophisticated requirements.
- In-built, working heads mounted on the ALpharma C systems for labelling cylindrical pharmaceutical vials and on the ALline E/C systems for front/back/ wraparound labelling of elliptical or cylindrical shaped bottles of food and cosmetic products.
- The ALcode print/apply units, also presented in the LT (light) and P (pallet) versions, allow the coding of products with labels printed upon application, with variable data, graphics or barcodes relating to the product, data which can also come from a remote computer system.
